Our Story

EVERY GREAT STORY STARTS WITH A TANK.

In early 2019, a simple question was asked between two friends: "Can a tank be registered on Uber and operate in London?" The answer: "I dunno"

Not having that answer, gave us everything we needed to pioneer a tradition of content that goes viral.

Creating films that touch on our culture's most interesting conversations allows our partners to engage and reach new audiences.

Thumb-stopping content is at the centre of everything we do. From driving tanks through central London to running half-marathons in Heathrow's Terminal 5, we are impossible to ignore.

Josh Pieters & Archie Manners

Goon Squad's Co-Founders Josh Pieters and Archie Manners run the Josh & Archie Youtube Channel, where they have created some of the 21st Century's most viral content.  From bagging the world's first interview with Tiger King's Carole Baskin to flying Katie Hopkins 4000 miles to call her something rather rude, their work regularly features in international media and has seen them feature on a multitude of global television shows and the channel boasts almost 1.5 million subscribers.

South-African born Josh started the channel in 2015, before joining forces with Archie to create Goon Squad Productions. In addition to hosting Josh Investigates on Comedy Central,  Josh has extensive social media reach across Instagram and Twitter, giving him a unique understanding of the internet-age.  Archie is a professional Magician, who performs at private events across the world, and has extensive Television experience, having starred in Trickheads for Comedy Central, and hosted MTV International's The Royal World and E4's Look into my Eyes.

Having found success on Youtube, Josh and Archie founded Goon Squad to bring together the finest minds in UK entertainment to work on the Josh & Archie Youtube Channel, their own Television formats and a limited number of corporate clients.
